RECURRING SERVICES
Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Policy
Effective August 25, 2026
Automatic renewal
Managed hosting and other recurring services automatically renew on the billing interval disclosed before purchase and in the accepted order until canceled. Recurring billing requires affirmative authorization.
Annual hosting
Annual hosting is charged for a 12-month term and renews every 12 months unless canceled. Domain + SSL Management is separate and, if selected, is billed at $50 per year unless a later accepted order changes that price.
Monthly hosting
Monthly managed hosting renews monthly unless canceled. Domain + SSL Management does not convert to monthly billing; if selected, it remains a separate annual service unless an accepted order states otherwise.
Managed subdomains
A managed subdomain has no separate annual domain-management charge, but it remains available only while the associated managed hosting plan is active. Cancellation, expiration, suspension, or nonpayment of hosting may disable the managed subdomain and website.
Consent and renewal information
The amount, frequency, included services, exclusions, and cancellation method are disclosed before payment. Renewal reminders or material price-change notices may also be provided when operationally offered, stated in the order, or required by applicable law.
Cancellation method and effective date
Customers may request cancellation of future renewal through the designated authenticated cancellation workflow or by contacting billing support. A cancellation request is intended to stop the next renewal and normally takes effect at the end of the current paid term. Service may continue through that term unless the account is suspended for nonpayment, security, abuse, or another permitted reason.
No refund on cancellation
Cancellation does not automatically create a refund, prorated refund, or credit for the current paid term. The separate Refund Policy applies.
Undo before period end
When supported by the applicable service and payment provider, a scheduled cancellation may be reversed before the current paid term ends. Reversing a scheduled cancellation restores future automatic renewal under the then-applicable accepted billing terms.
Failed payments and suspension
Failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue recurring payments may result in suspension of hosting, domain/SSL management, support, managed subdomain access, or related services. No cure period is guaranteed unless one is stated in the accepted order, another applicable policy, or required by law.
Customer responsibility before service ends
Customers are responsible for maintaining current contact and payment information and for requesting any available export, transfer, or migration assistance before a paid service term ends. Domain transfers and third-party account changes remain subject to provider rules and the Domain & SSL Policy.
