Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern use of the God's Plan Holdings LLC website and paid services ordered through an online checkout, approved sales cart, invoice, statement of work, or other written order that incorporates these Terms. By affirmatively accepting these Terms at checkout or in writing, the customer agrees that the accepted version forms part of the service agreement for that order.

Order scope and authority

The accepted order, approved sales cart, invoice, statement of work, or checkout summary defines the purchased scope, price, billing cadence, and included services. Custom or "starting at" work may require final written scope before payment or performance. Website descriptions are informational and do not override an accepted order.

AI-assisted and automated services disclosure

God's Plan may use artificial intelligence, machine-learning systems, automated agents, code-assistance tools, content-analysis tools, design-assistance tools, and other automated systems in portions of research, drafting, design ideation, development, testing, quality review, administration, or service delivery. A service or deliverable should not be assumed to have been created solely by a human.

AI-assisted output can be incomplete, inaccurate, non-unique, or inappropriate for a particular use. God's Plan applies human review or approval appropriate to the task, but does not guarantee that AI-assisted output will be error-free. Customers remain responsible for reviewing and approving business facts, regulated claims, professional statements, legal or compliance representations, and other customer-specific content before publication or use.

Customer materials may be processed through third-party software or AI service providers when reasonably necessary to perform an ordered service. Sensitive or specially regulated information must not be submitted unless God's Plan has expressly approved a secure workflow for that data type. The Privacy Policy provides additional information about data handling.

No professional advice

Business consulting, AI-assisted output, research, templates, website content, and operational guidance do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, or other licensed professional advice. Customers should obtain qualified professional review when a matter requires it.

Payments and refund rule

Except where required by law or where God's Plan expressly agrees otherwise in writing, payments are nonrefundable once charged. Cancellation stops future renewal when it becomes effective but does not create a refund or prorated credit for an already-paid service period. Duplicate, unauthorized, or incorrect charges may be investigated and corrected. The Refund Policy is incorporated when referenced at checkout or in an accepted order.

Recurring billing and cancellation

When an order identifies a recurring monthly or annual charge, the customer authorizes recurring billing at the disclosed cadence until cancellation takes effect under the Automatic Renewal & Cancellation Policy. Cancellation is intended to take effect at the end of the then-current paid term unless an accepted order or written exception states otherwise. Service may continue through that paid term.

Failed payments and suspension

Failed, reversed, disputed, or overdue payments may cause suspension or restriction of hosting, managed subdomains, domain/SSL management, support, or related services. Any cure period or advance notice applies only when stated in the accepted order, applicable policy, or required by law.

Domains, SSL, and third-party services

Domain registrations, renewals, transfers, DNS, SSL certificates, email platforms, analytics tools, payment processors, hosting infrastructure, AI providers, and other third-party services are subject to applicable provider rules in addition to God's Plan policies. Availability, registry rules, provider outages, price changes, licensing limits, and third-party decisions may be outside God's Plan's control. A domain is not guaranteed until registration is actually completed.

Customer assets, instructions, and permissions

The customer represents that it owns or has permission to use the text, images, trademarks, logos, software, data, and other materials it supplies. The customer grants God's Plan the limited rights reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, modify, transmit, analyze, and process those materials to perform the ordered services, including through approved contractors or service providers.

Ownership and intellectual property

God's Plan retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, templates, systems, processes, know-how, reusable code, automation, prompts, workflows, and third-party components. Unless an order states otherwise, after full payment the customer owns the final custom website content and custom design deliverables created specifically for that customer, excluding God's Plan background technology and third-party materials. AI-assisted or third-party-generated elements may be subject to legal, licensing, or exclusivity limits, and God's Plan does not promise ownership rights that cannot legally be assigned.

Customer review and approvals

Customer approvals, supplied facts, requested claims, and publication instructions may be relied upon in performing the work. The customer is responsible for promptly identifying factual errors, missing permissions, regulated claims, or required industry-specific disclosures in customer-specific content.

Warranty disclaimer

Except for obligations expressly stated in an accepted order or written warranty, services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. God's Plan does not guarantee uninterrupted third-party services, domain availability, AI output accuracy, specific search rankings, business revenue, traffic, conversions, or results controlled by third parties.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, God's Plan will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from the services. Except for amounts that cannot legally be limited, aggregate liability arising from a specific paid order will not exceed the amount the customer paid to God's Plan for that order during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Policy versions and changes

The version accepted for an order controls that order unless the parties later accept a replacement or a change is required by law. Posting a newer policy does not by itself rewrite evidence of an earlier accepted version.

Service agreement

The accepted order, these Terms, and any policy expressly incorporated at checkout constitute the agreement for online paid services unless the parties sign a separate written agreement that expressly supersedes them.
