Our process is designed to keep scope, payment, content responsibilities, approvals, and ownership clear from the start.
Review the cart education
Each item explains what it does, what is included, what is not included, and what you must provide.
Submit checkout + business details
Provide your contact/business information, project notes, and acknowledgement of the applicable service terms. Card details are never collected directly by this website unless a compliant processor-hosted checkout is connected.
Payment + project activation
Launch builds may require full build payment before work begins. Larger projects may use a deposit/milestone structure stated on the quote or invoice. Hosting and annual domain/SSL obligations are paid before launch/renewal.
Client onboarding
You provide business facts, branding, photos, service details, prices/policies, and access needed for purchased integrations. If you want us to discover or create missing business content, purchase the relevant discovery/copywriting services.
Build, review, approve
We build the approved scope, you review it, and included revision rounds are handled as consolidated change lists.
Balance + launch
Any remaining balance and recurring service charges due at launch must be paid before deployment.
Ownership + files
After the project is paid in full, the final custom website deliverables created specifically for the client can be provided on request, subject to the service agreement and third-party licenses. God's Plan retains its reusable internal templates, tools, processes, and pre-existing intellectual property.
Portal + ongoing service
Clients use the same secure login entry as staff. Their stored role routes them to the client dashboard; employees route to the employee workspace.
